Training, Gear & Mountain Safety

Training

You should be comfortable running 3-4 hours back-to-back and covering 20-25km on trails with significant vertical gain. We recommend a 12-week build-up with at least one long back-to-back weekend (run Saturday, run again Sunday) to simulate multi-day fatigue.
